You are responsible for the shipping back to us UNLESS it was a mistake on our end. Then you will be sent a return shipping label and your new item will be sent out just as soon as we receive the replacement.
Issues will be resolved differently on a case by case basis whether that is exchange for another item, exchange for a replacement item, store credit, or a complete refund of money.
